Milo Social TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Milo mobile application (the “App”), operated by Playsocial Labs Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”).


1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to its terms, do not use the App.


2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal device solely for entertainment (non-commercial) purposes, and in accordance with these Terms.


3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The App—including all AI-powered features, technology, and content—remains the exclusive property of us or our licensors. These Terms does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to post, share, or transmit any content that is:

Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of your account without notice.


6. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you submit, post, or share in the App. By posting, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to share such content.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or share objectionable content. Upon termination, your license ends immediately and you must cease using the App.


9. Disclaimer of Liability

We strive to provide a safe platform but are not responsible for the conduct of users or the content they share. Use the App at your own risk.


10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without any express or implied warranties—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the App.


12. Privacy & Data Handling

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, and how you may request access, correction, or deletion.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App, app store listing, or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.


14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.


15. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

If the App is downloaded via Apple's App Store, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce its terms.
